Don’t worry – they’ll be no spoilers here. :- )
To begin you will require a box of tissues as this book is a roller-coaster of emotion. Sad and happy tears, frowns, smiles and sighs.
An emotional female character, Stella Ciaramitara, has been through the ringer. She was dumped at the most critical time of her life and left to cope with major health issues alone, yet, she still has the strength to fight for her family and to protect them.
It’s while protecting one of her sisters from an abusive boyfriend that she meets the gorgeous hunk of a cop Nathan Drazek.
Nathan’s life hasn’t been easy either. As a child he was abused both physically and mentally, then he joined the forces and served in Afghanistan, finally becoming a police officer. Nathan keeps to himself, never forming any relationships until he meets Stella.
They are both fighting their own demons on a daily basis and the closer they become the closer the demons come to destroying what they are building together until one final act breaks them up.
Nathan runs from his past hurts, unable to get over the pain.
Now as promised, they’ll be no spoilers so, to find out if Stella and Nathan get their HEA (Happily Ever After) you need to read the book.
You won’t be disappointed, it has become favorite read so far this year.

And, book 2, All of You, will be released August 28th, 2014 and follows Kat and Danny’s story (Stella’s sister with Nathans best friend), and though they are stand-a-loan books, the characters are in both.
We haven’t had a chance to dig into Danielle Stewart’s first book Chasing Justice, but we thought we’d share it here because is free!
It has 4.5 stars and almost 700 reviews – whew! And, it’s part of a fully released series (The Piper Anderson Series), so no fears of missing the characters when you’re done with book number one. :- )
